Caleb is a planning expert with over a decade of experience in management consulting, FP&A, and technology with Alvarez & Marsal, Anaplan, Sunrun, and Gemini. In addition to operator roles, he has worked as a consultant with 30+ clients ranging from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 industry leaders.

His industry proficiency encompasses various sectors, including software as a service (SaaS), as well as retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.

After experiencing firsthand the rapid evolution of collaborative planning and technology, he founded OVG to focus exclusively on helping clients overcome emerging challenges and win with best-in-class planning capabilities.

Ryan is an experienced consultant with technical and advisory consulting experience across Corporate and Business FP&A. He has led the delivery of numerous projects across the SaaS, E-commerce, and Manufacturing industry. Internally, Ryan was OVG’s first hire and has been instrumental in leading OVG’s technical training program to scale talent. Ryan possesses strong engagement management, planning process improvement, technology architecture, and enablement skills. He is currently a certified Master Anaplanner and holds a bachelors in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jack Carter is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in GTM finance, corporate finance, operations finance, and sales analytics.

He has a proven track record of success in building sophisticated revenue models, customer acquisition cost models, and P&Ls, as well as leading end-to-end volume forecasting processes while collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure timely and accurate forecasts.

Jack has a B.S. degree in Economics & Sustainability from Arizona State University.

Griffin has nearly a decade of experience in product management and management consulting. As the Head of Product for a fintech startup, Griffin’s leadership catalyzed its successful acquisition in 2022. Prior to this, Griffin acted as manager and solutions architect for a team of modelers building state-of-the-art financial models for the SaaS, private equity, venture, banking, and real estate industries.

Anna brings more than a decade of experience in management consulting, working with clients on research, strategy, and GTM-related projects. She has particular depth in customer segmentation and product development for technology (B2B and B2C) and retail clients.

Anna holds a B.S. in Strategy and Diplomacy from Reichman University and MBA from Hult International Business School.

Andrew has expertise in finance transformation, project management, business process design, data analysis, software system selections, and process optimization.
Prior to joining OVG, he worked as a consultant in management consulting and technology with Grant Thornton and Stamps.com. He served clients ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500 industry leaders across multiple sectors including technology, real estate, manufacturing, biotech, and non-profit. Andrew graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Economics.

Brian is a consultant with a strong background in operations, mathematics, and data science. As a solutions architect, he has worked with a variety of clients in industries ranging from healthcare to software as a service (SaaS). He is well-versed in operations finance and technical delivery. Brian earned B.A. degrees in Operations Research & Management and Data Science from UC Berkeley.

Eric is experienced in financial planning and modeling, and has worked with clients in industries including data science and SaaS. He also has experience in supply chain management (SCM) Oracle ERP. He holds an economics degree from UCLA and is a former member of their men’s tennis team.

Abraham is a consultant with a background in computer science. Having worked in operations management and in coding in multiple Fortune 500 companies, he has experience with API implementations and data integration. He holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from UCLA.

Franny is a consultant who is skilled at research and data analysis with experience working with clients in a variety of industries, including SaaS. She is also proficient in technical delivery and enjoys combining this with qualitative research. She is currently studying at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Elysia is an associate who is adept at low-code product development and Microsoft Power Platform. She is currently studying Systems Engineering at the University of Illinois. She has previous consulting experience with Champaign Urbana Business and Engineering (CUBE) Consulting, working on software development and market research projects.

Claire is an associate skilled in low-code product development and Microsoft Power Platform.  She has previous consulting experience with Salesforce configuration, data integration, and data migration at The CRM Firm. She is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics at Northeastern University.

Dennis is the current CFO/COO for Guru and was previously CFO for Domino Data Lab and VP of Strategic Finance at Sunrun. He is a strategic operator with experience across finance, operations, and systems across multiple industries (Software, FinTech, Solar, Ad Tech, Semiconductors) and maturity of companies (Series B <$20M revenue & <100 employees to public companies with >$1B revenue & >7,000 employees).

Jason currently leads Finance and Accounting at Snapdocs. Previously, Jason led various Strategic Finance functions at Sunrun and while at KPMG, he advised private equity and strategic clients on multiple transactions for middle-market private companies, both domestic and international. He is a high-energy, high-impact finance, strategy and analytics leader with progressive, diversified experience across various industries. He is motivated by solving valuable and challenging problems with great people.
